Check your device

Before anything else, make sure your phone supports eSIM. We require this step — we want you confident before you pay.

  • iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM (if you see this option, you're good)
  • Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM
  • Your device must be carrier-unlocked
  • Supported: iPhone XR+, Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and most modern phones
